Condensation

Drops or beads of water (and frost in extremely cold weather) that accumulate on the inside surface of the exterior covering of a building. A vapour barrier under the gypsum lath or plasterboard on exposed walls will reduce condensation. Use of attic ventilators or louvers will reduce moisture condensation in attics.
