Building Management System (BMS)

A computer based control system installed in buildings that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as heating, air-conditioning, lighting and security. This type of system consists of both software and hardware.

A BMS allows easier operation of facilities and reduces energy waste as facilities are only used when they needed.
