Anti-Vandal Paint

A special type of paint that uses a range of techniques to deter vandals. For example, the paint may render the surface impenetrable to graffiti so that it can simply be wiped clean (anti-graffiti paint), or it may never dry, staining clothes and remaining slippery to climb (anti-climb paint).
